Dairy Goats
Our American Saanen dairy
goats produce the
wonderful, creamy milk from
which we make our soaps.
They are tall, long bodied
and gentle. We occasionally
have animals to sell for
breeding stock, pets,
companion animals or pack
animals. We do not sell for
meat. We will not transport
into a state requiring NAIS
premise ID. Please contact
us for availability of animals
in the spring. All sales and
reservations require a 50%
non-refundable deposit .
Animals cannot be returned
without a health inspection
by a licensed veterinarian.

Our goats are raised primarily for family milkers. They have good bloodlines and some are
show quality but our primary purpose is to breed and sell family milkers. We do not
challenge or push for more milk than we need. We do not use artificial lights or other
means to get larger quantities of milk than they can give comfortably. More than
anything we enjoy them and benefit from the milk they produce. Dairy goats are
particularly easy to love. We like to think we "place" our goats as it is important to us
that they go to good homes. We take care to keep them happy and healthy. All are
vaccinated and raised on CAE prevention programs. They eat whole grains and grass hay
and get only medications prescribed by and monitored by veterinarians.
